REFUNDS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Sincare LLC - 12608 Lamplighter Square Shopping Center, St. Louis, MO 63128.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@sincareskincare.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (under the skinfluence & always swipe bright & don't give me lip). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1. What happens if I havent heard back about my returns?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us again at tasha@gittelsolutions.com

2. How to I care for my cold globes?

Place them in the fridge or dunk in ice. The globes work best when cool. Store them safely in your fridge so they're ready to go whenever you need a relaxing pick-me-up, or place them in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes before use.

3. Why are the sizes not listed on all the products?

First, Thank you so much for noticing, that means the world to us you are able to help find some of the things we are experining in our launch/growing pains. We have a few more labels to go through, but our next round will have them! If you have a specific questions around a item please email hello@sincareskincare.com.

3. What is your shipping policy?

A UPS tracking number will be sent to you once your shipment has been sent.

Please account for 2-5 business days for processing prior to shipping.
